CANCELLATION POLICY
At Proper Haus, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. 1. Appointments cancelled LESS THAN 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. 2. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. 3. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
